Every movement starts with a few courageous and passionate people who believe in the vision and take action. The Billion Wildflower Mission is no different. From the very beginning, I have been amazed by the incredible individuals, businesses and community groups who have stepped forward to make the world bloom again and can see my vision ahead.

These early supporters are the heart of our mission. They have committed to planting seeds, share their stories and are already inspiring others to do the same. Together, they’re proving that when we each do a little, we can achieve something extraordinary.

Champions of Change

Our amazing wildflower ambassadors come from all walks of life. From business owners who’ve decided their CSR initiatives will be directed into wildflower planting days, to schools eager to teach children about biodiversity and sustainability to individuals with a small back yard comitting to transform their space into urban havens for bees and butterflies.

One of our earliest pledgers, a local farm, has decided to organise a staff wellbeing day where their team will spend the morning planting wildflowers to welcome visitors for the new season. Not only will it boost morale and connection, it will also created a thriving pollinator friendly space that benefits the whole neighbourhood. I can't wait to share pictures.

Another supporter in France has decided to grow wildflowers over acres of land and a primary school in the North West of England has pledged to plant wildflowers as part of a biodiversity project. All inspired by the idea that together we can achieve beautiful things.

The sum of our small actions can really make a difference. Even before an official launch, we have ladies in the USA, Scotland, England, France and Australia all pledging their support for the mission. This has blown me away!! I can't wait to learn more about global wildflowers on this journey.

Every supporter adds up. Each individual wildflower planted creates food and shelter for pollinators, improves soil health and brings colour to our communities. Beyond the environmental impact, this movement is sparking connection, creativity, and joy already and oh boy, do we need some more joy in the world!
